Graduated Groton School, Groton Mass. 1966 He wrote the lyrics of the Grateful Dead song "Victim or the Crime" based on a tune by Bob Weir. Adopted the name Bud T. Chud as an alias after the character he played in C.H.U.D. II - Bud the Chud (1989). Was general manager of the Columbia Players while studying at Columbia University. Was a writer on VH1's Pop Up Video. Made acting debut at age eight in a Detroit Art Institute production of "Winnie the Pooh".
