LOS ANGELES (AP) — City prosecutors have charged Gerard Butler with misdemeanor battery in connection with a scuffle with a paparazzo.


The '300' star has been charged with a misdemeanor. "The Insider" confirms that Gerard Butler has been charged with misdemeanor battery following an alleged 2008 run-in with a photographer. Officials tell "The Insider" that the alleged incident occurred in October of 2008. Butler will be arraigned on June 10.
