Ethan Hawke has reportedly kept a secret for the last two years that he is dating his children's former nanny.  After the actor split up with Uma Thurman and divorced in 2004, he led on that he was single.  Apparently he has been discreetly dating his children's former nanny.  A source admitted to the NY Daily News:

"Yes, they've been keeping a lid on this for some time. She had nothing to do with the divorce, and they started seeing each other after she was no longer the children's nanny."

Well at least both Ethan and Uma know their children are familiar with the woman he's dating and are probably comfortable being around her.  If she wasn't the cause for the break-up and she's no longer employed by them, it's not that big of a deal that they're dating, right?
