Wrestled in Mexico as one half of El Gringos Locos with the late "Love Machine" _Art Barr_. Younger brother of Hector Guerrero. The youngest of 6 children. Has 3 brothers (Chavo Sr., Hector, Mando) and 2 sisters (Mary (Cuqui) and Linda). Former four time WWE tag team champion, twice with nephew Chavo jr, once with Yoshohiro Tajiri and once with Rey Mysterio. Won his first WWE Championship Title by beating _Brock Lesnar_ on February 15th, 2004. This would be also only time to be WWE Champion. Involved in an intense feud with 'John Bradshaw Layfield', which involved a story-lined heart attack of Eddie's mother at a house show, Eddie being arrested for damages to Bradshaw's trademark white limousine, and culminated in one of the goriest matches in WWE history at the 2004 pay-per-view event _Judgement Day_. During this match Eddie was smashed in the head multiple times, and began to bleed profusely, drenching the ring in crimson and necessitating a very real trip to the hospital after the event for blood loss. [May 2004] With wife, Vickey, father of Shaul (b. 1990), Sherilyn (b. 1996), and Kaylie Marie (b. 2002). Only the second wrestler of Hispanic decent to receive the WWF/WWE title. Former ECW Television Champion. After winning the WWE Championship, Eddie became the second Hispanic wrestler to ever win the title. The other was WWE Hall of Famer Pedro Morales. In early 1999, he suffered serious injuries when he crashed his car. He was thrown 100 feet and sustained serious injuries to his pelvis. At this time he was enjoying success as the leader of his group in WCW, feuding with nephew 'Chavo Guerrero'. Inducted into the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Hall of Fame in 2006. In October 1994, wrestling under a hood as the Black Tiger, and the Great Sasuke, he won the Junior Heavyweight Super Grade Tag League for New Japan Pro Wrestling.
