The couple was taken into police custody on Thursday afternoon, according to the Presidio County Sheriff's Department. "We're told a struggle ensued with Evi Quaid, but she was quickly restrained," a spokesman for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department adds to ET. The Santa Barbara official says Quaid and his wife both face felony charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy. Their bail is set at $20,000 each. Randy, the brother of actor Dennis Quaid, is known for his roles in films such as 'National Lampoon's Vacation,' 'Kingpin' and 'Independence Day.'

Documents say the Quaids will receive $500,000 in their settlement with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, reports the Associated Press. A petition filed in May with the L.A. Superior Court indicates that the settlement will be split equally between twins Zoe Grace and Thomas Boone. Cedars-Sinai is also offering the twins medical care free of cost for any residual health problems related to the heparin-overdose incident. On November 18, 2007, the Quaid's then-newborns were given alleged accidental and potentially life-threatening overdoses of the blood thinner.
