There is a new Baldwin -- Daniel Baldwin and his wife Joanne are proud parents of a new baby girl.   Baby Finley Rae Martineau Baldwin was delivered Friday in Los Angeles, according to People.com, which reports that the baby weighed in at 7 lbs. 10 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long at birth. The newest member of the Baldwin clan, which includes celeb uncles Alec, Billy and Stephen, joins Daniel and Joanne's 18-month-old daughter, Avis, as well as Daniel's three older children. People reports that Daniel and Joanne married in 2007 after meeting at a rehab facility where he was a patient and she worked as a chef.

"The Insider" has the latest on the ever-evolving drama on "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here." Speculation over Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's participation has prompted some to believe the oft-reviled couple quit the show. However, a rep for the couple tells ET: "Heidi and Spencer are still in the jungle and part of the show." Meanwhile, producer Paul Telegdy gave Ryan Seacrest an update this morning on Ryan's KIIS FM radio show, saying Spencer and Heidi may face a penalty for leaving camp and breaking the rules. Paul added that Holly Montag, Heidi's sister, was on her way to Costa Rica and that Daniel Baldwin has already arrived.

Lindsay Lohan has asked Stephen and Daniel Baldwin for help to stay sober. The 22-year-old actress - who saw a warrant for her arrest dropped earlier this week - is keen to put her recent troubles behind her and has made plans to stay in a "therapeutic environment" organized by the actor brothers.

A source told Fox News: "Lindsay is still able to go to work and meetings and do normal things, but she wants to remove the negative influences in her life."
