Formerly stand-up comic, Toured in late 80s early 90s. Funny material, and a good friend of actor Stephen Sisk. Also originally provided the voice of Moe the bartender on "The Simpsons". For many years it was erroneously believed that he had provided the voice for the Rulon character, Rasp in "Dino-Riders" (1988). To the extent that it was even reported in "ToyFare" magazine at one time. There are still conflicting reports as to who actually provided the voice for Rasp. It is believed to either have been Frank Welker or Charles Adler. In truth, Latta had no involvement with the series at all.
