"The Insider" has learned that Chris Klein appeared in a California court today and entered a plea in his DUI case. Klein pleaded no contest to DUI and is required to complete four years of probation, 96 hours of jail time (which he has completed) and 18 months in an alcohol program. The star was arrested for his second DUI back in June and checked himself into rehab soon after.

Citing a problem he has been trying to deal with "for years," a rep for Chris Klein says the actor has checked into rehab. According to People.com, the 'American Pie' star checked himself into rehab to complete a 30 day alcohol addiction program. "After recent events, Chris was forced to take a clear look at a problem he has been trying to deal with himself for years," his rep tells the magazine. "He understands now that he can not beat this disease alone. He thanks everyone for their support as he takes all the necessary steps to deal with his addiction and asks for privacy while doing so." He is reportedly seeking treatment at Cirque Lodge in Utah.
