PEOPLE has learned exclusively that Chris Kattan is engaged.  The former Saturday Night Live cast  member proposed to model Sunshine Tutt on Christmas Eve at her grandparents' home in Gainesville, Texas.  The couple met at a birthday party in Los Angeles and have been dating since spring 2005.

Kattan will appear  in this summer's movie Nancy Drew as well as this spring's Food Fight with Eva Longoria and Charlie Sheen.

The couple plans to wed in 2008.
