Cameron was also arrested in California in 2007 on cocaine possession charges, says the AP. Before Sott allegedly brought Douglas the toothbrush with heroin, he had been released on bail and confined to a New York apartment while being under the supervision of a private security company, according to People. According to court papers, Kelly Scott attempted to pass the illegal narcotic to Cameron - who has been arrested on suspicion of dealing methamphetamine and is the son of Hollywood star Michael Douglas - in an electric toothbrush while he was being detained at home after a court hearing.
