Aaron Carter has a new girlfriend, Kaci Brown. They were spotted together at Aaron and his twin sister, Angel's birthday.







He told People, "Now I'm in a great relationship. I've only known her for, like, seven days, but I have a connection with her that's like nothing else I've ever experienced. It's really amazing."

Aaron has learned something from his previous relationships. He's now falling in love with a girl who's not his brother, Nick Carter's ex.
