Performed at the opening of the San Francisco Comedy Competition in 1976 against Robin Williams, Harry Anderson and fellow SNL 25 cast member Dana Carvey. Began his working life as a juggler and street busker with a trained dog. In March 2004, he was fired from Air America Radio for insubordination (the network hadn't launched yet), but was re-hired months later. Wrote and published his book "The Big Picture" in 1991.
